Return Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@atozstudio.in or make a return request in the Return and Exchange Option in the website.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
- If mentioned No Return in the product description.
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be given a store credit worth the amount of the product which you can completely spend on your next purchase , within 3 months of the amount being credited.
The store credit can be only utilized when you log in to your gmail associated with your previous order.
